Wille Construction originated from the hard work and love of Donald and JoAnn Wille.  Donald and JoAnn  started their life together in the farming profession.   As their family grew so did the need for new and updated buildings.  Donald and JoAnn used the skills and knowledge they had to do the construction themselves.  As neighbors watched the farmstead grow they often asked for advice and help with their own projects.  Donald and JoAnn learned a little more with each building or project they helped with in various types of industries perfecting the art of construction through experience. In mid 1950’s

In mid 1950’s  Donald Wille Construction Ag Sales & Service came into business.  Donald worked hard putting up buildings while maintaining the family farm of having both hogs and dairy.  This gave Donald a good understanding of what works in each industry by experiencing them first hand.   JoAnn diligently working behind the scenes doing the bookwork and record keeping.  Yet they found time to have a family of 11 children,  3 girls and 8 boys all of which, at an early age, learned to contribute to the family business of dairy, hogs, construction, and ag sales and service.  Donald and JoAnn instilled in their children the qualities of responsibility, honesty and understanding that hard work brings satisfaction to your soul.

In 1959 Donald became a dealer for a few Ag Suppliers including the Patz Agriculture Equipment.  Over the years of being a Patz dealer, Donald Wille Construction received many awards and recognized as a top dealer receiving plaques that adorn the office walls of Wille Construction.

55 Year Award

In 1991, Leo (child #7),  finished college and returned to Wille construction bringing his wife Kathy.  Leo’s lifelong dream was to take over the Wille Construction Ag sales & Service part of Donald’s many businesses.  Donald and Leo became partners for many years, during this time the business continued to show great success.  The construction and Ag equipment went through many changes during this time and Wille Construction kept up with changing times. TMR Mixers became popular and silo unloaders in less demand.  In construction more free stall barns are built along with buildings for industry and residential homes.  In 2005 the partnership of  Donald and Leo Wille Construction LLC & Ag Sales & Service was finalized.

Though they have passed away, Donald and JoAnn would be very proud that Wille Construction LLC & Ag Sales & Service continues to grow while keeping with the high standards of caring for customers, doing quality work, and gaining knowledge to keep up with the ever changing industries needs.  Leo and Kathy are proud to have been given the opportunity to carry on the dreams of Donald and JoAnn, keeping the business focused on meeting the needs of customers and treating customers fairly and with respect.  Kathy and Leo work hard to satisfy customers and not pressure them into unnecessary purchases.  Wille Construction is the oldest Patz dealer west of the Mississippi and attribute the longevity of the business to quality of work, strong work ethic,  customer care,  respect, fairness and honesty in dealing with their customers.   Wille Construction Ag Sales & Service has a dedicated team of employees to help keep the business operating smoothly.
